From the Patient Information screen clicking the Forms button brings up a screen, which lets you select one of the forms to be filled out. Paperless Office will automatically fill in the form with information in the system saving time and data entry steps.
The form may also be saved for future reference. Clicking on the ‘Previous’ button displays a list of prior visit forms for the patient and double clicking will display it.
Previewing, printing and faxing are available from this screen once the form has been filled out. To print the form simply press the Print button.
We have complete sets of forms available for cardiology, orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, ob/gyn, pediatrics, internal medicine, chiropractic, and others. These are included on an ‘as is’ basis and are made available in the setup part of the system. Some custom forms for the practice are included and additional forms can be added at any time.
